Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) is a public research university in London, England, and a constituent college of the federal University of London.

Founded in 1785 as the London Medical College, Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) is the amalgamation of four historic medical institutions, including England’s first medical school.

Based on a beautiful, self-contained campus in east London, Queen Mary has further campuses in the City and central London. It also offers postgraduate law courses in Paris, France and Piraeus, Greece and distance learning programmes in law, medicine and dentistry, and politics and international relations. English Language Requirements:

Queen Mary University of London's Course Specific English Language entry requirements vary depending on the program. Generally, applicants need to demonstrate proficiency in English through standardized tests like IELTS (International English Language Testing System) or equivalent. Country Wise General English Language requirements may also apply, with specific score requirements based on the applicant's country of origin. Waivers for English language proficiency tests may be granted to applicants who have completed previous education in English-speaking countries or have achieved certain academic qualifications. Accommodation for International Students

• Housing is allocated on a first come first served basis, however international students are given priority as long as they apply before the deadline.

• All university accommodation is self-catering with en-suite options. At Mile End, most accommodation is on campus in the student village; residences off campus are within walking distance.

• International students are usually spread throughout the accommodation, rather than clustered.

• Students do not have to move out of their accommodation during the Christmas and Easter vacations.
